Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and enforce QA/QC policies and procedures for all construction and electrical projects.
- Review project documentation, blueprints, and technical specifications to ensure compliance with international construction standards.
- Conduct regular site/project audits and inspections to identify potential quality issues before they escalate.
- Maintain comprehensive records of inspections, test results, and non-conformance reports.
- Coordinate with project managers and site engineers to address and resolve quality-related discrepancies.
- Prepare detailed quality performance reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
- Ensure all electrical installations meet safety codes and project requirements.
- Facilitate continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project delivery efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a QA/QC role within the construction or electrical industry.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards (e.g., ISO certifications).
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and technical accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work effectively in a remote/offshore setup.
- Professional certification in Quality Assurance or relevant engineering license is highly preferred.
