Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee all quality assurance and quality control activities across construction projects
- Develop, implement, and maintain QA/QC procedures and standards
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with specifications and regulations
- Prepare and review quality documentation, including inspection reports and compliance certificates
- Coordinate with project teams, contractors, and clients to resolve quality-related issues
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations
- Train and mentor staff on quality control processes and best practices
- Monitor and analyze quality metrics to identify areas for improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in construction QA/QC management
- Proven track record in managing quality control for large-scale construction projects
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards
- Experience with quality management systems and documentation processes
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO Lead Auditor, Quality Management Professional)
