ZEALCORPS PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Project QS Assistant to support our project delivery teams in the North Region. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring our construction projects are delivered within budget, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
As a Project QS Assistant, you will work closely with experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors and Project Managers. You will gain hands-on experience in the full lifecycle of construction project administration, from initial cost estimation and procurement to final account reconciliation. We are looking for a candidate who is eager to learn, highly organized, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment where precision is paramount.

Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the preparation of accurate cost estimates, budgets, and project feasibility studies.
- Support the project planning and scheduling process to ensure timely milestone completion.
- Coordinate procurement activities, including the preparation of tender documents and vendor comparisons.
- Monitor and track project expenditures against the budget to maintain strict cost control.
- Conduct regular site visits to assess work progress and identify potential risks.
- Liaise with sub-contractors and suppliers to resolve billing or delivery discrepancies.
- Prepare detailed progress reports and project documentation for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Building, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates or candidates with 1-2 years of relevant experience in construction are welcome to apply.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Basic knowledge of construction terminology, contract forms, and measurement standards.
- Excellent numerical skills and high attention to detail.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for site-based collaboration.
- Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
