Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct systematic inspections and quality audits at all construction phases
- Develop and enforce quality control procedures aligned with project specifications
- Document quality findings and maintain accurate compliance records
- Collaborate with contractors to resolve quality issues promptly
- Implement corrective and preventive actions for non-conformance
- Verify materials and workmanship against technical drawings and standards
- Coordinate with project teams to ensure quality integration throughout lifecycle
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years' experience in QC/QA within construction industry
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian construction standards (SNI) and regulations
- Certification in quality management systems (ISO 9001 preferred)
- Proficiency in quality inspection tools and reporting methodologies
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to minute details
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
