Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare tender documents, bills of quantities, and cost estimates for construction projects
- Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and ensure financial compliance
- Advise on contractual claims, variations, and dispute resolution
- Conduct value engineering and cost analysis to optimize project outcomes
- Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers regarding financial matters
- Prepare monthly valuations and payment certifications
- Monitor cost trends and implement cost-saving measures
- Maintain accurate records of project financial documentation
Kualifikasi
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Singapore's construction sector
- Proficiency in quantity surveying software (e.g., CostX, WinQS)
- Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and Singaporean construction regulations
- Excellent analytical and negotiation skills
- Certification in quantity surveying (e.g., RICS) is advantageous
- Experience in commercial and residential construction projects
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
