Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budget forecasts for construction projects
- Manage contract administration and ensure compliance with tender documents
- Conduct regular site inspections to track progress and validate cost allocations
- Prepare interim payment certificates and final account settlements
- Analyze and report on cost variances with actionable recommendations
- Negotiate with contractors and suppliers to optimize project costs
- Maintain accurate records of project expenditures and financial documentation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
- Professional certification (e.g., RICS, MQS) highly desirable
- Minimum 3 years of experience in quantity surveying roles
- Proficiency in cost estimation software and MS Excel
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts and FIDIC standards
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
