As a Project Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring project profitability through precise cost estimation, budget monitoring, and effective contract administration. You will work closely with project managers and engineers to analyze variations, prepare progress claims, and manage sub-contractor payments. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a deep understanding of construction methodologies.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and manage Bills of Quantities (BOQ) for E&M, Building, and Civil works.
- Monitor project costs against the budget to ensure financial control and profitability.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and internal teams to resolve cost-related queries.
- Assess and process variations, claims, and extensions of time (EOT) in accordance with contract terms.
- Prepare monthly progress payments and financial reports for project stakeholders.
- Conduct site inspections to verify workmanship and material quantities.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company quality standards.
Kualifikasi
- Degree in Quantity Surveying, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in E&M, Building, or Civil construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction contracts, procurement, and tender processes.
- Proficient in relevant Quantity Surveying software (e.g., Bluebeam, PlanGrid) and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) or RICS qualification is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
