We are seeking a dedicated Project Sales Coordinator to support our growing team at OSG Containers and Modular Pte Ltd. As a key player in our sales department, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by managing the end-to-end sales process for our innovative container solutions. In this role, you will be responsible for managing customer inquiries, preparing accurate quotations, and coordinating project timelines to ensure client satisfaction. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to resolve issues and ensure that all sales-related documentation is up to date. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and respond to incoming customer inquiries via email and phone promptly.
- Prepare, review, and issue detailed sales quotations and proposals in a timely manner.
- Coordinate project schedules and follow up on leads to ensure conversion.
- Liaise with logistics and engineering teams to align project requirements.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system and prepare weekly sales reports.
- Assist in the preparation of contracts and sales agreements.
- Provide exceptional after-sales support to ensure long-term client relationships.
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales coordination or administrative support.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Knowledge of the container or modular building industry is an advantage.
