Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and manage all MEP projects for PT Gema Grahasarana, Tbk across Jakarta Raya
- Develop comprehensive project plans including scope, timeline, budget, and resource allocation
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and clients to ensure seamless project execution
- Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with safety regulations
- Monitor project progress and deliver regular status reports to senior management
- Manage vendor relationships and subcontractor performance
- Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining cost efficiency
- Oversee documentation and compliance with industry standards
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of MEP project management experience
- Proven track record in Jakarta construction projects
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and safety regulations
- Advanced proficiency in project management software (Primavera, AutoCAD)
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills
- PMP or equivalent certification preferred
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
