Are you an organized professional with a keen eye for detail? AM Group Kitchen Equipment and Supplies Inc. is seeking a dynamic Project Site Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in the successful installation and setup of commercial kitchen equipment for our valued clients across Metro Manila.
We are looking for an individual who can bridge the gap between our technical teams and on-site clients. As a Project Site Coordinator, you will ensure that projects run smoothly, timelines are met, and installation quality is flawless. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and oversee on-site activities for commercial kitchen installations.
- Act as the primary point of contact between clients, technical staff, and management.
- Monitor project progress and ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
- Manage on-site inventory, including tools, equipment, and materials.
- Prepare and maintain accurate project documentation and reports.
- Resolve on-site issues promptly to minimize project delays.
- Conduct site inspections to ensure workmanship meets company specifications.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Vocational Diploma in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in site coordination, construction, or commercial kitchen installation.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Basic technical knowledge of kitchen equipment and plumbing systems is an advantage.
- Ability to travel within Metro Manila as required by project sites.
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite and basic project management software.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
