Join CKI Builders & Engineering Services as a Project Site Nurse and become an essential guardian of workplace health and safety. In this critical role, you'll be the first responder to medical emergencies on active construction sites, providing immediate care to injured workers while maintaining compliance with occupational health standards. Your expertise will directly contribute to reducing workplace incidents and ensuring our team remains productive and protected. You'll collaborate with project managers to implement safety protocols, conduct health assessments, and foster a culture of well-being. Tanggung Jawab
- Provide immediate first aid and emergency medical treatment for workplace injuries
- Administer prescribed medications and monitor employee health conditions
- Document all medical incidents, treatments, and health assessments accurately
- Conduct regular health and safety inspections on construction sites
- Coordinate emergency medical response and hospital referrals when necessary
- Develop and implement health education programs for site personnel
- Maintain medical supplies inventory and ensure equipment functionality
Kualifikasi
- Registered Nurse (RN) with valid PRC license
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience, preferably in occupational health or emergency care
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and First Aid
- Knowledge of DOLE and OHS construction safety standards
- Strong assessment and emergency response skills
- Ability to work independently in remote site environments
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
