- Oversee daily on-site operations to ensure smooth project execution and adherence to timelines
- Coordinate with designers, contractors, and suppliers to align with project specifications
- Monitor construction quality and safety compliance at all project stages
- Manage site logistics, resource allocation, and subcontractor relationships
- Resolve on-site technical issues and implement corrective actions
- Prepare progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation
- Lead and motivate on-site teams to maintain productivity and morale
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in site supervision or construction management
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and safety standards
- Proficiency in reading architectural drawings and technical specifications
- Excellent leadership and team management abilities
- Problem-solving skills with the ability to make timely decisions
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) is advantageous
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia for effective communication
