Invals Tata Prima is seeking a highly motivated Project Supervisor to lead field operations and ensure successful project delivery. This critical role requires hands-on leadership and technical expertise to coordinate construction activities while maintaining strict safety and quality standards. You will be responsible for overseeing daily site operations, managing resources efficiently, and driving projects to completion on schedule and within budget.
As a key member of our construction team, you'll interface with multiple stakeholders including contractors, engineers, and clients. - Oversee daily field operations and coordinate construction activities

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies and safety standards
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Proficiency in project management software and tools
- Certification in OHS (Occupational Health & Safety) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
