Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee day-to-day site operations and monitor progress to ensure projects are completed within the approved timeline and budget.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, and external contractors to resolve technical issues and design discrepancies.
- Prepare and submit detailed progress reports, project schedules, and resource requirements to senior management.
- Manage procurement of materials and equipment, ensuring availability and optimal utilization on-site.
- Enforce strict Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) protocols to maintain a zero-accident work environment.
- Facilitate project handover and documentation upon completion of construction phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related construction management field.
- At least 3-5 years of proven experience in project supervision, preferably in retail or commercial construction.
- Strong knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in project management software and AutoCAD.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams and contractors.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills for stakeholder management.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
