This position demands strategic oversight of project lifecycles, from initial planning and resource allocation to final handover. You'll implement robust quality control measures, conduct regular site inspections, and maintain meticulous documentation to ensure regulatory compliance. - Oversee end-to-end project execution ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including engineers, subcontractors, and vendors
- Implement quality control protocols and safety standards across all project phases
- Monitor project progress through regular site inspections and milestone reviews
- Manage resource allocation including labor, materials, and equipment
- Prepare comprehensive project documentation including schedules, budgets, and reports
- Resolve technical issues and implement corrective actions for project deviations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project supervision
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and industry software
- Strong knowledge of local construction regulations and safety standards
- Proven track record of delivering complex construction projects on time
- Excellent leadership and stakeholder communication skills
- Professional certification (PMP, RMP, or equivalent) preferred
