Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction site operations to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met
- Coordinate and supervise on-site staff, including subcontractors and laborers, to maintain efficient workflow
- Implement and enforce safety protocols and compliance with regulatory requirements
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions
- Manage resources including materials, equipment, and labor allocation
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including daily logs, progress reports, and quality checks
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders including clients, engineers, and team members
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as a Project Supervisor or similar construction leadership role
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and industry standards
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate diverse teams
- Problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in dynamic environments
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder coordination
- Proficiency in project management software and documentation tools
- Relevant certification in construction management or civil engineering preferred
