We are currently seeking a highly organized and experienced Project Supervisor to join PT PUTRA PERKASA INTEGRAL. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the comprehensive supervision of construction project implementation, ensuring that all activities align with the project timeline and quality standards. Your expertise will be crucial in managing administrative tasks, including the preparation and tracking of work progress reports and invoicing. Additionally, you will oversee the technical documentation process, specifically the creation and review of shop drawings and as-built drawings. This position offers an opportunity to lead site operations effectively and contribute to successful project delivery in the dynamic Jakarta market. Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction activities and site operations to ensure strict compliance with project plans and specifications.
- Manage the preparation, review, and approval of shop drawings and as-built drawings.
- Handle administrative duties including progress reporting, tracking milestones, and processing invoices.
- Coordinate effectively with engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure a smooth workflow.
- Monitor project budget and resources to prevent cost overruns and delays.
- Ensure strict adherence to safety regulations and quality control standards on site.
- Resolve on-site issues and provide technical guidance to the workforce.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar Project Supervisor role within the construction industry.
- Strong proficiency in reading, interpreting, and creating technical drawings (Shop drawings & As-built).
- Excellent organizational and administrative skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proven leadership and communication abilities to manage diverse teams.
- Familiarity with construction management software and MS Office applications.
