- Oversee daily construction operations and ensure adherence to project timelines and budgets

- Conduct regular site inspections and progress reporting to management

Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience in construction project supervision
- Proven track record in team leadership and resource management
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and safety standards
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills
- Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, MS Project)
- Valid construction safety certifications (e.g., SMK3)
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia and English
