Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction operations and coordinate site activities to ensure project timelines are met
- Manage and mentor construction teams, fostering a culture of safety, quality, and productivity
- Monitor project progress, budgets, and resource allocation while implementing corrective actions
- Ensure compliance with construction regulations, building codes, and company standards
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve project issues
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including reports, schedules, and quality control records
- Conduct regular site inspections to identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related technical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in construction supervision or project management
- Proven leadership experience managing construction teams and subcontractors
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety protocols
- Proficiency in project management software and technical documentation systems
- Excellent communication skills for stakeholder coordination and team leadership
- Problem-solving abilities to address on-site challenges and project delays
- Willingness to work on-site in Lombok with flexible schedule requirements
