Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee daily construction operations and site activities to ensure progress aligns with the project timeline.
- Ensure strict compliance with Occupational Health and Safety (K3) regulations and company standards at all times.
- Manage project budgets, resources, and schedules to prevent delays and cost overruns.
- Lead, mentor, and coordinate with site workers, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to meet technical specifications.
- Liaise effectively with clients, contractors, and government authorities regarding project requirements.
- Prepare and submit regular progress reports to upper management.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related technical field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a Project Supervisor or similar role within the construction industry.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage diverse teams.
- Deep knowledge of construction processes, materials, and local building codes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Valid K3 (Sertifikasi K3) certification is preferred.
