Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules to ensure timely delivery of milestones
- Document project downtime, root causes, and implement preventive action plans
- Enforce safety protocols, quality standards, and company policies on-site
- Monitor project budgets, procurement processes, and resource allocation
- Coordinate between contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress assessments
- Generate comprehensive project reports for leadership review
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and engineering specifications
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum 3-5 years of construction project supervision experience
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in budget management and procurement processes
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP) preferred
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Strong leadership and stakeholder communication skills
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license desirable
