We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Project Supervisor (Civil Works) to join our construction team in Quiapo, Metro Manila. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our field operations, responsible for directing, managing, and leading the assigned scope of works for high-priority construction projects. You will act as the primary liaison between project management, subcontractors, and site labor to ensure that every project phase is executed with precision, safety, and efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise day-to-day on-site construction operations, ensuring all activities align with project schedules and engineering specifications.
- Coordinate with subcontractors and site personnel to ensure efficient workflows and timely completion of deliverables.
- Monitor and enforce strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental (HSE) regulations on-site.
- Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the quality of materials and workmanship meet project standards.
- Manage the allocation of equipment, labor, and materials to prevent downtime and optimize costs.
- Maintain comprehensive daily logs, progress reports, and site documentation for project management review.
- Resolve on-site technical challenges and conflicts to prevent project delays.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related technical field is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of hands-on experience in civil works supervision or a similar construction role.
- Strong understanding of construction methodologies, civil blueprints, and technical drawings.
- Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and manage diverse site teams effectively.
- Knowledge of Philippine construction safety standards and local building codes.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering quality results.
