Join VIVERE Group as a Project Supervisor MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) for our interior construction division. This pivotal role involves leading MEP installation teams across high-end residential and commercial projects in Jakarta. You'll ensure seamless integration of mechanical and electrical systems with architectural designs while maintaining strict quality and safety standards. The position requires expert coordination between contractors, engineers, and stakeholders to deliver projects on schedule and within budget. Ideal candidates will demonstrate strong leadership skills in mentoring teams and implementing robust project management systems.
Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise MEP installation teams for interior construction projects
- Coordinate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing system integration
- Implement and enforce project management systems and workflows
- Monitor project progress against milestones and deliverables
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Resolve technical conflicts between MEP systems and architectural elements
- Conduct site inspections and documentation reviews
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or Construction Management
- 5+ years of MEP supervision experience in interior construction
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian building codes and MEP standards
- Proficiency in project management software (AutoCAD, Primavera)
- Certification in MEP project management (PMP preferred)
- Experience with high-end residential/commercial projects
- Exceptional leadership and team mentoring abilities
