Tanggung Jawab
- Supervise end-to-end outlet development projects including construction, layout implementation, and brand compliance
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely project delivery
- Monitor project progress against milestones, budgets, and quality standards
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues during construction phases
- Prepare detailed progress reports and maintain project documentation
- Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company quality standards
- Liaise with local authorities for necessary permits and approvals
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in retail outlet development or construction supervision
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and project management principles
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in project management software and MS Office Suite
- Strong communication and leadership abilities with cross-functional teams
