Tanggung Jawab
- Conduct comprehensive site surveys, including topographical and setting-out surveys, to gather accurate data for construction projects.
- Prepare and maintain detailed survey plans, drawings, and reports in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.
- Operate and maintain surveying instruments, such as Total Stations, Theodolites, and GPS equipment, ensuring optimal performance.
- Collaborate closely with project engineers, architects, and site supervisors to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
- Perform quality control checks on survey data to ensure precision and accuracy before submission.
- Assist in the verification of construction progress against approved plans and coordinate necessary adjustments.
- Ensure all survey activities comply with local safety regulations and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Surveying, or Civil Engineering.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in project surveying within the construction industry.
- Proficiency in using surveying software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, and related design tools.
- Valid Professional Engineer (PE) license or relevant technical certification is highly preferred.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse project teams.
