We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Project Tender Executive to join our dynamic team in Woodlands. In this pivotal role, you will be the linchpin of our project acquisition efforts, managing the entire tender lifecycle from identification and preparation through to submission and post-tender follow-up.
Your deep understanding of construction systems, cost management, and contractual frameworks will be instrumental in securing profitable, sustainable projects that align with our company's strategic vision. You will act as a key liaison between internal teams (including Quantity Surveying, Operations, and Finance) and external stakeholders such as consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
As a Project Tender Executive, your core mission is to meticulously prepare competitive and accurate tender packages. This involves comprehensive analysis of tender documents, scope of works, and bill of quantities. You will be responsible for sourcing and rigorously evaluating subcontractor quotations, negotiating favourable rates, and ensuring that all submissions are compliant, timely, and professionally presented. Maintaining a robust tender database and tracking all upcoming opportunities is a critical aspect of this role.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee the complete tender process from identification, study of tender documents, preparation, and submission to ensure compliance with client requirements and deadlines.
- Prepare and review cost estimates, Bill of Quantities (BOQ), and tender pricing schedules in collaboration with the Quantity Surveying (QS) department.
- Source, evaluate, and negotiate quotations from subcontractors and suppliers to ensure competitive and accurate project costing.
- Attend site visits, tender interviews, and clarification meetings with clients and consultants.
- Maintain an organized database of tenders, contracts, and historical cost data to support future bid strategies.
- Coordinate with project teams to gather technical and commercial inputs required for comprehensive tender submissions.
- Conduct post-tender reviews and handovers to the project delivery team upon successful award of contracts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, material costs, and regulatory changes affecting tender pricing and contract conditions.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of working experience in tendering, estimation, or QS roles within the construction industry.
- Strong knowledge of construction systems, methods, and contract administration (PSSCOC / SIA / REDAS).
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and M&E drawings.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Familiarity with tender software (e.g., Conquest, Masterbill, or equivalent) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly advanced Excel.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with all stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
