Tanggung Jawab
- Lead and direct all project operations, including design, planning, scheduling, scope, and budget management.
- Utilize IFS applications to monitor project status, track resource allocation, and update project milestones.
- Coordinate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on project deliverables and timelines.
- Monitor project financials to ensure adherence to the budget and forecast financial requirements accurately.
- Prepare and present regular project reports to stakeholders, highlighting progress, risks, and achievements.
- Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management or operations, preferably within a corporate environment.
- Strong proficiency in ERP systems, specifically IFS (Integrated Financial Suite) or similar platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex information clearly.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and project management tools.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are highly desirable.
