Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 5+ years of financial control experience in multinational corporations
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) and financial software
- Expertise in project financial management and cost control methodologies
- Strong analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Experience working in MEA markets or international business environments
- Excellent communication skills with ability to influence stakeholders at all levels
