As a key member of our field sales team, you will be the face of the brand. Your primary mission is to increase product visibility, engage directly with consumers to drive purchasing decisions, and maintain a strong presence in assigned retail locations. You will implement a variety of promotional strategies, set up eye-catching merchandise displays, accurately analyze sales data, and report actionable insights directly back to management.

Tanggung Jawab
- Serve as the primary brand ambassador for Timberex at assigned retail locations in Quezon City.
- Actively engage with customers to demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to influence purchase decisions.
- Set up, maintain, and refresh eye-catching product displays and point-of-sale materials.
- Conduct product sampling and promotional events to drive consumer trial and awareness.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities, shelf conditions, and inventory levels.
- Provide timely and accurate sales reports and market feedback to the management team.
- Collaborate with store managers and personnel to ensure optimal product placement and availability.
- Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets and key performance indicators.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Diploma (or Senior High School Graduate); a college degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Promodiser, Sales Representative, or Brand Ambassador is highly advantageous.
- Outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong presentation and persuasive abilities.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be willing to work in Quezon City, Metro Manila.
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Goal-oriented with a strong drive to achieve sales results.
