Tanggung Jawab
- Ensure timely and accurate display of Panther products in designated retail outlets.
- Monitor inventory levels and execute consistent replenishment to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, ensuring displays are clean, organized, and aesthetically pleasing.
- Actively engage with customers to provide product information, answer inquiries, and demonstrate the value of Panther products.
- Collaborate closely with store management and personnel to maintain positive working relationships.
- Monitor and report on competitor activities, pricing, and market trends within the store.
- Conduct regular stock checks and manage product expiration dates or quality issues effectively.
- Prepare and submit accurate daily sales and inventory reports to supervisors.
Kualifikasi
- High School Diploma or equivalent; college level or degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Promodiser, Merchandiser, or in a similar retail sales role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse customers.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks.
- A proactive mindset with a focus on problem-solving and meeting sales targets.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as required by retail demand.
- Basic knowledge of inventory management and visual merchandising principles.
- Willingness to travel to various retail locations within Baguio City.
