Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college education preferred
- Previous experience in sales, merchandising, or customer service
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Basic knowledge of retail operations and inventory management
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets
- Attention to detail with organizational capabilities
