Tanggung Jawab
- Execute and maintain high-quality merchandising and visual display standards according to company guidelines.
- Greet customers warmly, answer inquiries, and provide product information to drive sales.
- Monitor product stock levels on the sales floor and replenish shelves promptly to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Ensure the sales area is clean, organized, and visually appealing at all times.
- Collaborate with the team to achieve daily sales targets and promotional goals.
- Report inventory discrepancies and sales performance data to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all store policies, safety regulations, and loss prevention measures.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; college graduates are an advantage.
- Previous experience in retail sales, merchandising, or customer service is preferred.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing personality.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Neat, presentable, and professional appearance.
- Basic computer literacy for registering sales or logging inventory.
- Willingness to learn new products and adapt to changing sales strategies.
