Tanggung Jawab
- Execute in-store promotional activities and campaigns to maximize product visibility and drive sales.
- Greet and assist customers with product inquiries, ensuring a positive and memorable shopping experience.
- Maintain and organize product displays according to brand standards and visual merchandising guidelines.
- Monitor inventory levels and report stock discrepancies or replenishment needs promptly.
- Provide product demonstrations and samples to potential buyers to encourage purchases.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve daily and weekly sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- High school graduate or vocational diploma.
- Previous experience in retail, sales promotion, or customer service is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends, holidays, and evenings.
- Physically fit and able to stand for extended periods.
