Tanggung Jawab
- Proactively approach and engage customers to introduce products and provide information.
- Ensure that all displays are visually appealing, clean, and fully stocked according to company guidelines.
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by the management team.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the supervisor for replenishment.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering inquiries and handling product demonstrations.
- Prepare regular sales reports and document customer feedback to improve product performance.
- Maintain a high standard of professional grooming and representation of the brand at all times.
Kualifikasi
- At least a High School Graduate or Senior High School graduate; college level is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Strong customer service orientation and a proactive attitude towards sales.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Must have a pleasing personality and professional appearance.
- Willing to work on shifting schedules, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Ability to stand for long periods and handle manual tasks as needed.
- Can start work immediately.
