Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and sell products effectively to drive revenue and achieve sales targets.
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional, friendly service.
- Maintain visual merchandising standards to ensure product displays are appealing and organized.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves to ensure product availability.
- Ensure the sales floor is clean, tidy, and welcoming at all times.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
- Report stock discrepancies or damaged goods to the supervisor promptly.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or vocational diploma is required; Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, or merchandising is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics for visual merchandising.
- Basic computer literacy for POS system operation.
