Tanggung Jawab
- Actively promote and sell company products to customers in retail environments
- Engage with potential customers, answer questions, and provide detailed product information
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers to enhance brand loyalty
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly sales targets and performance metrics
- Set up and maintain attractive product displays and promotional materials
- Collect customer feedback and report market trends to the management team
- Participate in product training sessions to stay updated on features and benefits
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth promotional campaigns
Kualifikasi
- Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification; diploma holders are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or promotional activities is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly approach
- Strong persuasive abilities and a results-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good time management skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
