- Represent the brand at promotional events, retail locations, and various marketing activities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and brand loyalty
- Effectively communicate product information, promotions, and special offers to customers
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics as set by the management team
- Provide excellent customer service and address any inquiries or concerns promptly

Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in marketing, communications, or hospitality is a plus
- Previous experience in sales, marketing, or customer service roles preferred
