You will work closely with the store management and team coordinators to maintain optimal product visibility. Tanggung Jawab
- Merchandising & Display: Ensure all Shark Ninja products are displayed attractively, organized, and fully stocked on shelves.
- Inventory Management: Monitor stock levels and replenish merchandise regularly to prevent out-of-stock situations.
- Customer Assistance: Engage with customers, provide product demonstrations, and answer queries to enhance the shopping experience.
- Reporting: Assist coordinators in tracking sales data and reporting daily stock discrepancies accurately.
- Store Maintenance: Keep the product area clean, tidy, and compliant with brand standards.
- Collaboration: Work effectively with the store team and supervisor to meet sales targets.
Kualifikasi
- Education: High school graduate (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Experience: Previous experience in sales promotion or retail is preferred but not strictly required.
- Skills: Basic computer literacy for data entry and reporting.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Math: Basic understanding of numbers for inventory counting and cash handling.
