Tanggung Jawab
- Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner.
- Process customer orders accurately and generate accurate invoices and billing statements.
- Prepare and maintain monthly sales reports and financial summaries for management review.
- Monitor and collect outstanding invoices and payments to ensure timely revenue.
- Maintain organized digital and physical records of customer interactions and sales data.
- Collaborate with the sales team to support promotional activities and customer retention strategies.
- Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or sales support.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
