You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of customer orders, ensuring seamless processing from initial inquiry to final invoicing. Furthermore, you will play a key role in our financial administration by preparing accurate monthly sales reports and tracking financial performance. Tanggung Jawab

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email in a timely and professional manner.
  • Process customer orders accurately and generate accurate invoices and billing statements.
  • Prepare and maintain monthly sales reports and financial summaries for management review.
  • Monitor and collect outstanding invoices and payments to ensure timely revenue.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical records of customer interactions and sales data.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support promotional activities and customer retention strategies.
  • Perform general administrative duties to ensure smooth office operations.

Kualifikasi

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in customer service, administration, or sales support.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for data analysis.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
