Tanggung Jawab
- Promote and demonstrate the features and benefits of mobile phones and gadgets to potential customers.
- Assist customers in selecting the best products based on their needs, budget, and preferences.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and visually appealing display of merchandise and promotional materials.
- Process sales transactions accurately, including handling cash, card payments, and digital wallets.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure high satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
- Report daily sales activities, inventory levels, and customer feedback to the management team.
- Support in-store events, product launches, and marketing activities.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year of experience in sales, preferably in the Handphone/Gadget industry.
- Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a confident and friendly demeanor.
- Basic knowledge of smartphone specifications and mobile technology is a plus.
