- Coordinate with supervisors to resolve field challenges and report operational findings
- Gather and analyze market information to identify consumer trends and opportunities
- Identify and coordinate Point of Sale Materials (POSM) and promotional material placements
- Conduct product demonstrations and promotional activities in designated locations
- Monitor competitor activities and provide actionable market intelligence
- Ensure proper implementation of brand guidelines and promotional campaigns
- Maintain regular communication with field teams to align on objectives
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year experience in sales, marketing, or promotional activities
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Basic knowledge of market research and competitive analysis
- Availability for flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Valid driver's license (if applicable to field requirements)
