As a Prompt Engineer specializing in Software Testing, you will play a critical role in refining AI model outputs to ensure high-quality software delivery. You will work closely with our development and QA teams to identify test cases, generate automated scripts via LLMs, and optimize the accuracy of AI-driven bug reporting. Tanggung Jawab
- Design, develop, and refine complex prompts to generate effective test cases and automated scripts.
- Collaborate with the QA team to integrate AI-driven testing solutions into the existing software development lifecycle.
- Evaluate and document the performance of AI models in executing specific software testing tasks.
- Fine-tune prompts to reduce hallucination and increase precision in bug detection and test report generation.
- Conduct iterative testing to ensure prompt outputs align with rigorous software quality standards.
- Monitor emerging AI trends and testing tools to continuously improve our automated testing workflows.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of prompt libraries and testing results for team knowledge sharing.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience or a strong portfolio in Prompt Engineering or AI-assisted software development.
- Fundamental understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing methodologies.
- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python or JavaScript) is highly desirable for test automation tasks.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot complex logical outputs from AI models.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate technical requirements clearly.
- Ability to work on-site in Batam Kota and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
