- Oversee the overall management and maintenance of all company assets to ensure operational continuity and reliability.
- Conduct regular inspections and comprehensive audits to assess the condition of physical assets and equipment.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and reduce long-term repair costs.
- Manage asset inventory, tracking usage, and reporting discrepancies accurately to maintain stock control.
- Coordinate with internal teams and suppliers to facilitate the timely procurement of necessary spare parts and equipment.
- Ensure strict compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards regarding asset handling.
- Prepare detailed reports on asset performance, maintenance costs, and capital expenditure recommendations for management review.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Civil Engineering (or a related technical field).
- Proven experience as a Properties Engineer, Facilities Engineer, or in a similar asset management role within the manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance management software and inventory control systems.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen focus on cost-efficiency and operational optimization.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and schematics effectively.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with cross-functional teams.
