Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee full-cycle accounting operations for assigned Condominium Corporations.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely collection of dues and settlement of vendor obligations.
- Coordinate and facilitate the annual audit process with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
- Monitor and manage property budgets, providing variance analysis and recommendations to management.
- Maintain accurate records of fixed assets, depreciation schedules, and bank reconciliations.
- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, tax regulations, and internal fiscal policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accountancy or a related Finance field.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in property accounting, real estate management, or auditing.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or industry-specific property management tools) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and relevant tax laws.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of integrity, professional maturity, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
