Anchor Land Holdings Inc. is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Property Accountant to oversee the financial operations within our property management portfolio. In this pivotal role, you will ensure the accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting, budgeting, and cash flow analysis for our diverse real estate assets. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage all property management accounting functions, including general ledger maintenance and financial statement preparation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for property operations.
- Oversee budget preparation, variance analysis, and forecasting for property projects.
- Handle accounts receivable and payable related to lease agreements, tenant collections, and vendor payments.
- Ensure strict compliance with local tax laws, banking regulations, and accounting standards (e.g., PAS 16/IFRS 16).
- Collaborate closely with property managers to review lease contracts and financial performance metrics.
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing procedures to ensure data accuracy.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in property accounting, real estate finance, or property management.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of lease accounting principles and financial analysis techniques.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Must be willing to work on-site in Binondo, Metro Manila.
