Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for assigned property portfolios.
- Manage the end-to-end budget preparation process, including variance analysis against actual performance.
- Perform daily accounting entries, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger reconciliation.
- Monitor cash flow and oversee bank reconciliations to ensure accurate financial reporting.
- Collaborate with property management teams to ensure alignment on operational costs and financial goals.
- Assist in the preparation of tax filings and ensure compliance with BIR regulations.
- Conduct internal audits of property-related transactions to maintain fiscal control.
- Generate comprehensive financial reports for management review and decision-making.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy or a related Finance field (CPA license is a significant advantage).
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in property accounting, real estate, or construction finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and taxation laws.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to communicate financial information effectively to non-financial stakeholders.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics.
