What You Will Do
As our Property Accountant, you will play a critical role in managing the financial health of a sophisticated portfolio of real estate assets for our clients based in the US, UK, and Australia. You will take ownership of the full accounting cycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness in all financial reporting. You will be the key liaison between our local operations and our international partners, providing strategic financial insights and maintaining robust relationships.

Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full accounting cycle for assigned properties, including general ledger maintenance, journal entries, and preparation of financial statements.
- Perform detailed CAM (Common Area Maintenance) reconciliations, billing, and audit support.
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes, ensuring accuracy and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Assist with the preparation of annual budgets, forecasts, and cash flow analyses for property owners.
- Coordinate with international clients to address inquiries, provide financial reports, and present performance insights.
- Utilize property management software (Yardi, MRI, QuickBooks) to streamline operations and reporting.
- Support year-end audits and tax return preparations in collaboration with external parties.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, GAAP/IFRS standards, and company policies.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Property Accounting or General Accounting.
- Must have solid experience working directly with international clients.
- Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Yardi, MRI, AppFolio, RealPage) is a significant advantage.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, v-lookups, complex formulas).
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP and/or IFRS standards.
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
