Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for property assets.
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable related to property management operations.
- Perform bank reconciliations and investigate any financial discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts for property-related expenses.
- Ensure compliance with local accounting standards, tax regulations, and company policies.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date property asset registers and depreciation schedules.
- Collaborate with property managers to resolve billing and financial issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in property accounting or real estate finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, QuickBooks, Xero) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of Philippine tax laws and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment with minimal supervision.
