- Research and identify premium villa properties in Gianyar and surrounding Bali regions
- Conduct comprehensive property valuations and market analysis
- Build and maintain relationships with property owners and developers
- Negotiate acquisition terms, contracts, and due diligence processes
- Collaborate with legal and hospitality teams to ensure regulatory compliance
- Monitor market trends and competitive property landscape
- Prepare detailed acquisition reports and recommendations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in property acquisition or real estate sales
- Deep knowledge of Gianyar/Bali property market and regulations
- Exceptional negotiation and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills for property evaluation and market assessment
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Proficiency with CRM systems and property databases
