Tanggung Jawab
- Source, vet, and onboard high-quality properties into the Apex portfolio
- Manage end-to-end property listings with detailed documentation and photography
- Convert client inquiries into successful rental/sales transactions
- Conduct property viewings and negotiate terms with clients
- Maintain accurate property databases and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with marketing teams to showcase properties effectively
- Build and nurture relationships with property owners and tenants
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 2 years in real estate, property management, or sales
- Deep knowledge of Bali's property market and regulations
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail
- Proven track record in client acquisition and retention
- Proficiency with CRM software and property management systems
- Valid real estate license (Indonesian certification preferred)
